HERE IS A CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE FOR YOU...

CAN YOU HANDLE IT?

From today on which is 12 days before Christmas, we challenge all of you to say: “MERRY CHRISTMAS” to everyone and anyone you meet—at home, at school, in public spaces, shopping malls, airports or wherever.

As you do this, note the responses you get. Leave a comment below and let us know what you experience.

Here is what Father Michael found as he tested this challenge:

"It appears to me that 99.99999% of the people to whom I said, 'MERRY CHRISTMAS' got an 'electric jolt' back to the reality of this season. First, they realize it’s Christmas— although Christmas decorations are everywhere. Second, some would smile and respond, 'Merry Christmas' out of either courtesy or guilt or habit; others just shrugged it off and gave me a 'look of disdain.' Third, several gave me a smile for greeting them."

So there’s the CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE.
