BREAKING NEWS!!
Fifteen year old Venerable Carlo Acutis will be beatified October 10, 2020, in Assisi. He was an Italian Roman Catholic teenager known for documenting Eucharistic miracles around the world. In the months before his death from leukemia, he catalogued all the Eucharistic miracles in a website he created. A miracle attributed to Carlo Acutis happened in 2013 when a Brazilian boy was miraculously healed of a rare pancreatic disease.
In his lifetime, he tried to show people there was power in the Eucharist and that Jesus Christ is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. He was noted for his computer skills, cheerfulness and the love of the poor and homeless. He is also known as the "Cyberapostle of the Eucharist". The funeral Mass was overflowing with many people whom he had served by feeding.
For the first time in history, you will see a saint dressed in jeans, sneakers and hoody--the first millenial on his way to sainthood! He is a role model for young people.
He became famous for the phrase, " The Eucharist is my highway to Heaven!" Our Lord Jesus Christ will shower His blessing on those who believe, worship and adore Him, especially those who believe that He is the Lord and spend their time to be with Him in the tabernacle.
Holiness is not a distant thing but very much within everyone's reach because the Lord is for every one.
There is power in the Blessed Sacrament. He who comes to Him will have life everlasting.
His Beatification Mass will be October 10, 2020, 4 PM Italian time or 9 AM Central Standard Time (USA).
Pray for us Blessed Carlo 🙏 (Born: May 3, 1991 Died : October 12, 2006)
